Shipping rates may increase if purchasing larger quantities or sizes.
How long does it take for the prints to be shipped?
Delivery times vary based on a few factors but we generally say that prints will ship out in approximately 2 weeks . With that said, we will do everything in our power to have it sent out faster. If you have specific time requirements, please contact us so we can try and ensure on-time delivery.
What delivery method is used?
We ship all of our products through FedEX, Canada Post or USPS. We have negotiated the best rates and pass on the savings to you. As soon as your product is shipped, you will get a tracking email directly from FedEX, Canada Post or USPS with delivery information. Unfortunately we are unable to ship using other courier companies.
What if my print is damaged upon delivery?
Don’t worry, we will replace it with a brand new one free of charge. Just email us so we can send you instructions.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Our Shipping prices vary based on package size. Orders including large format prints start at $15 shipping costs.
*Delivery guarantee does not apply to delays due to package delivery exceptions (incorrect address, business closed, nobody home, etc.)
How do I upload a photo to be printed?
Simply click on the type of product you would like to customize and upload your image by clicking the "Browse…" button. After selecting the image from your library you can select a complimentary filter of Black & White or Sepia. You will also have the opportunity to leave a note or a brief set of instructions for the designer who will be cropping and printing your photo.
What size photo is good to upload?
Bigger is better. We suggest uploading high quality, high-resolution photos as they show up sharper and crisper when printed. If you don’t have a large enough photo you may need to choose a smaller size product.
What format should my photo be in?
We accept photos in JPEG format. We suggest sending the highest resolution and quality photo available. You must own copyright or have permission to use the image.
What if my photo is from Facebook or Instagram?
Photos from Facebook and Instagram are generally low resolution so they won’t have the greatest quality when printed on a larger product. We suggest you use the original photo or choose a smaller size product if your photo is from Facebook or Instagram.
How do I redeem a voucher code?
Voucher codes can be redeemed by selecting the specific product, going through the regular order process and entering the code upon checkout.
